How to Connect a BlackBerry From Boost Mobile to the Computer

 A USB cable is supplied with the BlackBerry. You can connect your Boost Mobile BlackBerry to your computer with BlackBerry Desktop Software and a USB cable. Desktop Software facilitates the transfer of data between the smartphone and the compute. The application is free to install on your computer.

Insert the BlackBerry Desktop Software installation CD included with your smartphone into your computer's optical drive. The installation process begins automatically.

Follow the on-screen prompts to install the software on your computer. During setup, you will be prompted to connect your BlackBerry to the computer. Use a USB cable to connect the phone to an available port. Click “Done” when installation completes.

Re-launch BlackBerry Desktop Software from your computer's desktop. If you want to sync data on your phone, click the "Sync" tab in the left panel. You can sync pictures, music and videos. Select "Tools," then click "Mobile Internet" to establish a connection for tethering your phone to the computer.
Click "Start," then click "Computer" if the BlackBerry Desktop Software installation CD does not automatically begin when you insert it into the optical drive. Double-click the CD's icon to begin installation.
