After multiple failed attempts to access the phone, the “Forgot Pattern?” button will appear. If the android phone is connected to your Google account, you will regain access by entering your Google account credentials. If you forget both your connect-the-dots password and your Google account information, you may have to do a factory reset on the phone, which may cause a loss of information, including apps.
